Talonoid is a data-driven business plan generator that combines your business assumptions with live federal economic data from authoritative sources including US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Small Business Administration (SBA). Our platform creates professional, investor-ready business plans in minutes.
How do I create my first business plan?
After downloading the app, you'll receive 5 free PlanCoins. Tap "Create New Plan" on your dashboard, select your industry from 8 available categories, and follow our guided 6-step questionnaire. The process takes approximately 15-20 minutes, and you'll receive a complete 15-section business plan.
What industries does Talonoid support?
We support 8 major industry categories: Food & Beverage, Retail, Professional Services, Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, Construction, and Personal Services. Each category has tailored question frameworks designed for your specific business type.
Is Talonoid free to use?
Yes! Every new user receives 5 free PlanCoins upon signup. Each business plan generation uses 1 PlanCoin. You can purchase additional PlanCoins through in-app purchases on the App Store.
PlanCoins & Pricing
What are PlanCoins?
PlanCoins are Talonoid's virtual currency. Each business plan generation requires 1 PlanCoin. PlanCoins never expire and are linked to your account. You receive 5 free PlanCoins when you sign up.
How much do PlanCoins cost?
We offer flexible pricing: 5 PlanCoins for $4.99, 10 PlanCoins for $8.99, 25 PlanCoins for $19.99, and 50 PlanCoins for $34.99. Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and currency conversion.
Do PlanCoins expire?
No, PlanCoins never expire. They remain in your account until used. If you delete your account, any unused PlanCoins will be forfeited.
Can I get a refund for PlanCoins?
Due to the digital nature of PlanCoins, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues with a purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through the Apple App Store for in-app purchases. For the lifetime deal, we process payments via Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. In-app purchases are processed securely through Apple's payment infrastructure. For direct payments, we use Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, you'll receive an email receipt immediately after purchase from Apple or Razorpay. You can also view your transaction history in your account settings.
Are there any subscription plans?
Currently, we offer pay-as-you-go PlanCoin purchases and a one-time lifetime deal. There are no mandatory recurring subscriptions.
Data & Privacy
What data does Talonoid collect?
We collect only essential data: your email address, name (optional), business plan details you provide, and usage analytics. We use this data solely to provide and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
How is my business plan data protected?
Your data is stored securely with enterprise-grade encryption and row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your business plans. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request account deletion from your account settings or by emailing connect@talonoid.com. Upon deletion, all your personal data and business plans will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure data centers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including Supabase with row-level security and encrypted storage.

What sections are included in a business plan?
Each business plan includes 15 comprehensive sections: Executive Summary, Company Overview, Products & Services, Market Analysis (ZIP-level data), Competitive Landscape, Marketing Strategy, Operations Plan, Management Team, 3-Year Financial Projections, Cash Flow Analysis, Balance Sheet Forecast, Funding Requirements, Risk Register, Appendix (with data citations), and Executive Brief.
What federal data sources are used?
Talonoid integrates 20+ federal sources including US Census Bureau ACS, Bureau of Labor Statistics, IRS Statistics of Income, SBA loan data, FRED/Federal Reserve, HUD Fair Market Rents, Bureau of Economic Analysis, Business Dynamics Statistics, and County Business Patterns.
What export formats are available?
You can export your business plan as a PDF (for sharing and printing) or DOCX (for further editing in Microsoft Word or Google Docs).
Can I share my business plan with others?
Yes, you can share your plan via a unique link. Shared plans are view-only and cannot be edited by recipients.
